Quality Policy
Apex Displays Limited is committed to providing a quality service for the delivery of luxury branded displays to the total satisfaction of the customer.
It is the policy of Apex Displays Limited to provide a range of products and services to meet the requirements of its customers andquality standard parameters, and that work is completed on schedule at the agreed price. All processes are carried out in a costeffective and timely manner and in accordance with the highest professional standards, aiming for continual improvement andcustomer satisfaction through the involvement and participation of all levels of personnel and other interested parties.
To meet this commitment the organisation has documented, implemented and will maintain a quality management system which setsout to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 ensuring that it:

The prime objective is to provide a quality product and service through a controlled quality management system and the adoption of aprocess approach. All personnel are advised and understand this policy and are trained as necessary in their personalresponsibilities within the system and the records maintained.
This policy is approved by the undersigned Directors and is supported by all personnel within the organisation. The Managing Directorshall have responsibility for the implementation of the Policy.
Communicate the Quality Policy and its importance to all employees and those who carry out work on their behalf.
This document will be subject to annual review by the Board of Directors and copied to all employees on induction and displayed onnoticeboards inside Company premises.
